1. Introduction

Eezz Staffing Ltd ("We", "Us", or "Our") provides care services and healthcare staffing solutions across the UK. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Eezz Staffing provides staffing solutions for healthcare facilities and care services for individuals and organizations. We offer temporary, permanent, and locum placements, and our care services include but are not limited to elderly care, home care, and specialist healthcare support.


3. Client and Candidate Responsibilities

3.1 Clients

Clients are responsible for ensuring that job descriptions and requirements provided to Eezz Staffing are accurate and up-to-date. Clients must comply with all employment laws and regulations when engaging staff sourced through us.

3.2 Candidates

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their applications is true and accurate. Failure to disclose relevant qualifications, certifications, or criminal records may result in immediate termination of contracts and services.


4. Compliance with Regulations

Eezz Staffing adheres to all relevant UK employment laws, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and other relevant healthcare regulations. Clients and candidates must also ensure compliance with these laws while working with us.


5. Booking and Cancellations

All bookings for temporary staff must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Permanent placements are subject to a notice period as outlined in individual agreements.


6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Clients

Fees for services rendered will be agreed upon before placements are made. Invoices will be issued and must be paid within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6.2 Candidates

Candidates will be paid according to the agreed rates for the services provided. Payments will be processed in compliance with applicable laws, including national minimum wage and overtime regulations.


7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both clients and candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information they access through Eezz Staffing. We are committed to protecting personal data in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.


8. Liability

Eezz Staffing will not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from the use of our services unless caused by our negligence or breach of contract. We do not guarantee the suitability of any candidate for a specific role, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that candidates meet their requirements.


9. Termination of Agreement

Eezz Staffing reserves the right to terminate any agreements with clients or candidates at any time for breach of these terms and conditions. Notice periods and other conditions will be in line with specific contracts agreed between the parties.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
